M. Randall Branch, CPA – Randy is the founder of M. Randall Branch, CPA, PC, which was established in 1985. He has over 25 years of tax, accounting, management and consulting experience, and is recognized as an expert witness in the field of taxation and business valuation. Randy is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance producer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McNeese University in 1980, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Louisiana and Texas. He is a longstanding and current member of the following Professional Accounting Societies:

His interests include fishing, kayaking, travel and spending time with his children.
Andrew Boddie, CPA
Andrew is from Houston, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University, and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro. Andrew joined M. Randall Branch, CPA, PC in the summer of 2004, and has previously worked in the Corporate Accounting Department as a Supervisor for Air Liquide America, L.P. for 7 years, and in Auditing and Tax for Cherry Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P. for 2 years. His hobbies & interests include basketball, fitness and weight training, tennis, computer technology, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
Lisa Ames
Lisa is originally from Western New York. She is a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. She has her Associates in Business Administration and has over 10 years of Accounting experience, including working for Cooper & Lybrand in Honolulu, Hawaii, Stebbins Engineering & Manufacturing in Northern New York, Kinney Drugstore Corporate Office in Northern New York and St. Bonaventure University In Western New York. She has worked for M. Randall Branch since December 2003. Her interests include ATV riding, working with computers, walking and spending time with her family.
