M. Randall Branch, CPA
Randy is the founder of M. Randall Branch, CPA, PC, which was established in 1985. He has over 30 years of tax, accounting, management and consulting experience, and is recognized as an expert witness in the field of taxation and business valuation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McNeese University in 1980, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Louisiana and Texas. His interests include fishing, travel and spending time with his family. He is a longstanding and current member of the following Professional Accounting Societies:

Andrew Boddie, CPA
Andrew is from Houston, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University, and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro. Andrew joined M. Randall Branch, CPA, PC in the summer of 2004, and has previously worked in the Corporate Accounting Department as a Supervisor for Air Liquide America, L.P. for 7 years, and in Auditing and Tax for Cherry Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P. for 2 years. His hobbies & interests include basketball, fitness and weight training, tennis, computer technology, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He is a current member of the following Professional Accounting Societies:

Lisa Ames
Lisa is originally from Western New York. She is a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. She has her Associates in Business Administration and has over 20 years of Accounting experience, including working for Cooper & Lybrand in Honolulu, Hawaii, Stebbins Engineering & Manufacturing in Northern New York, Kinney Drugstore Corporate Office in Northern New York and St. Bonaventure University in Western New York. She has worked for M. Randall Branch since December 2003. Her interests include traveling, walking and spending time with her friends and family.
Stephen Southgate
Stephen is originally from Yorkshire, England. He received a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Cambridge University and then worked for Hodgson, Harris & Co. in Kingston upon Hull where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. He subsequently opened a public accounting practice in the coastal town of Withernsea, East Yorkshire dealing with the full range of accounting and taxation needs for a wide variety of family businesses. In 2001, Stephen sold his business in England and moved to Louisiana, first in New Orleans, and then to Moss Bluff in 2009. Stephen joined M. Randall Branch CPA, PC in January 2009. He is an Enrolled Agent. His interests include running where he is an active member of Lake Area Runners.
Brandon Plush, CPA
Brandon is a local from the DeRidder area. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2010 and Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2011 both from McNeese State University. In 2012, he became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Louisiana. Brandon joined the M Randall Branch team in February 2019, but comes to us with over 7 years of experience. He has previously worked 2 years in the corporate accounting department for Rosenberger Site Solutions, LLC and 5 years as a business analyst for Packaging Corporation of America. His interests include hunting, fishing, carpentry, preaching, and spending time with his family.
Ariel Landry
Ariel is from DeRidder, Louisiana. She graduated from Sowela Technical Community College in 2017 with an Associate’s in Office Systems Technology. She is currently enrolled at Western Governors University for her Bachelor’s in Accounting with plans to graduate in 2022. She began working at M. Randall Branch CPA, PC originally in 2016 as a seasonal student worker and later returned full-time in January of 2018. Her interests include traveling, martial arts, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
